Can customers send files using TrackPrintOrders.com?

Yes, customers can receive and send artwork or just communicate with the print shop via Message Board.

 

Can customers track their print orders?

Yes, each customer will be assigned an Order number and a Unique Verification Number to track their order. The customer will receive an email with a link to track the order.

 

What is the purpose of TrackPrintOrders.com?

Streamlines the workflow. 

Notifies the customers via email.

Gives customers the ability to track the progress.

Job tickets available online for future use.

Keep track of communication between the customer and the print shop.

Send and receive files via Message Board.

Customer can approve artwork online.

 

Can the print shop keep track of all orders online?

Yes, the print shop can manually update the order status. Following status changes are available:
